Therapy for Individual Adults
Does this sound familiar?
You want to experience fulfillment and peace, but instead you feel…
Isolated and lonely
Misunderstood
At-fault for everything that goes wrong
Like you don’t even know what you want or need
Overwhelmed by daily tasks
Irritable with yourself and those you love most
Feelings of disconnection and overwhelm can happen to anyone, whether we live alone or are surrounded by others, and can deeply impact our relationship with ourselves and our loved ones.
Life doesn’t have to stay this way.
My name is Julia, and I can help.
I provide insight-oriented therapy using an in-depth, attachment-based approach. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling more capable of understanding what they want and need, more confident in their ability to communicate those needs, and deeper connection with others.

EMDR Therapy can help!
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is an evidence-based therapy technique used to address triggers, emotional wounds, and other symptoms stemming from distressing life events. EMDR can be useful in processing singular events (such as a car accident), as well as long-term stressors (such as childhood emotional wounds). When we go through a distressing experience, sometimes our brains are not able to fully process the event. As a result, those memories can get “stuck” in a way that causes ongoing emotional pain. As an EMDR-trained provider, I am trained to guide clients through getting these memories “unstuck” and moving toward healing. EMDR can be helpful for those who are just getting started in their healing journey, and for those who feel they’ve reached a wall and are ready to try something different. Please reach out if you’re wondering if EMDR is right for you!
